This course provides a comprehensive framework for the design and management of digital projects, through a combination of lectures, case studies, and real-world project simulations, students will gain a deep understanding of the entire digital project lifecycle, from conception and planning to execution and evaluation.
Introduction to the lifecycle of digital projects from conception to delivery and evaluation; project scoping, objective setting, requirements analysis, and stakeholder identification; project planning methods, task breakdown, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; digital project methodologies, including agile, scrum, kanban, and structured project management approaches; communication, collaboration, and documentation in project teams; risk identification, mitigation, and quality management in digital development contexts; monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and managing change in evolving project environments; use of project management tools and platforms; case studies of digital product, service, or transformation projects; professional and ethical issues in project coordination and delivery.
